Consolidate CSV files and exclude top rows

Question - Issue:

The person needed to consolidate several hundred CSV files and wanted to exclude the top 10 rows from each CSV file (except for the first)

Answer:

We modified the Consolidation Assistant to have this as an option when consolidating CSV files. One can either consolidate all rows, or specify the title rows to include from the first CSV file and then exclude from all the remaining files.
