Consolidate CSV files and exclude the top rows

The person needed to consolidate several hundred CSV files and wanted to exclude the top 10 rows from each CSV file, except for the first.

Answer

We modified the Consolidation Assistant to offer this as an option when consolidating CSV files. You can either consolidate all rows or specify the title rows to include from the first CSV file and then exclude them from all the remaining files.
