• The first step will be to go to www.join.me. 
• Then click on the "Start meeting" button
• Run the small program that this downloads.
• A small window with a nine digit number will appear. Give us that number over the phone and we will be able to view (but not touch) your screen. You can terminate the screen sharing at any time by closing the small window with the number on it.
