  • If you order online, you can download the software immediately and also get a backup CD. 
  • You can change your purchase option to download only and save the backup CD cost of $8.95.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.
  • Purchase orders are accepted if emailed to supportrequest@add-ins.com. 
    • There is a processing charge for orders under $200.
    • Placing orders and having the download instructions delivered to your final customer is very easy.  Please see these how to instructions

Download Support

  • Download your order - In addition to being able to download your software immediately at the end of your order, each customer is sent an email with a link to our downloads area and a logon ID and password so that the software may be downloaded at the customer's convenience.
    • If you have trouble downloading from the link provided at the end of the order, an email will arrive within ~5-10 minutes of the order with your login information for our download page.  This server is independent from the order server and provides an excellent alternate way to download.
    • If the above email has not arrived but 5 minutes has gone by, you can log in using your order number and the e-mail you used when the order was placed.  Typically our downloads system receives the information and updates its records within 5 minutes of an order.
