All our products come with exercise files that are opened from the main dialog.  The best way to learn the products is to use these exercise files.

I downloaded the upgrade but it does not recognize my installation.  What do I do?

This means your version is not the latest and that a major upgrade has been released since your purchase.  You will need to purchase an upgrade.  Please contact us via our online contact form. We can look up your past order by your name and address. Upgrades are half price.

I need a custom solution.  How do I get one?

If you would like a custom solution developed, we would like to give you an estimate.  Please contact us via our online contact form or call US 302-584-1771 and ask for a consultant to call you back.

I have a question about how to do something in Microsoft Excel.  Can you tell me the answer?

We can help you, but will do so on a consulting fee basis only (Unless the question is easy to answer).  We provide free support only on our products.  If our products can provide a solution to you, we will of course let you know at no charge.

I have a problem with  a macro I'm writing.  Can you tell me the answer to my problem?

If the question can be answered by one of our books we will of course let you know and point you to the best place in the books to find the answer.  If further help is needed we can help you, but will do so on a consulting fee basis only. Send us the code and any workbooks we would need and a description of the problem and we will give you a quote.

I bought a new computer and need to install the add-ins from my old machine to my new machine.  What do I do?

Just run the EXE you received when you purchased. If you do not have, we offer free replacement for a year and a half price upgrade to the latest version if more than a year.
